We do not offer refunds.

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

The products of concerns should be sent back at the expense of the buyer, however, a price adjustment will be made to balance the cost upon the exchange.

 

We reserve the right to determine the condition of the product upon return in order to confirm lack of tampering of use.

 

We  will notify you regarding our decision that will help you resolve your hair extension matter, within 14 days.
