What is your Minimum Order?

 

Our minimum purchase price is $300 from individuals and $450 from retail buyers. Orders under the minimum order amount will have an additional fee of 25.00.

  

 

Can I Buy Wholesale Products?

 

Yes, you need to contact info@cleopatrasmooth.com and indicate that you would like to request wholesale information. Please note wholesale of products is available for retail buyers only.

  

 

Do you offer refunds?

We stand by our products. We do not offer refunds.

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 30 days of purchase on all products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

 

The products of concerns should be sent back at the expense of the buyer, however, a price adjustment will be made to balance the cost upon the exchange.

 

We reserve the right to determine the condition of the product upon return in order to confirm lack of tampering of use.

 

We  will notify you regarding our decision that will help you resolve your hair extension matter, within 14 days.

What method of shipping do you use?

 

We use the United States postal system for standard delivery and UPS for express delivery.

What type of hair color maintains dyed color the longest?

All the hair we sell is 100% Human Hair. 

The Malaysian hair is a #7A Medium Ash Blonde and can be colored up to a #27 Strawberry Honey Blonde. (Lasts 6 months-year)

 

The Brazilian hair is an #8A Ash Blonde and can be colored up to a #613/Russian Blonde. (Lasts over a year)

 

The Vietnamese hair is RAW hair and can be colored to infinity! (Lasts between 2-2.5 years)

 

The Indian hair is 100% RAW Virgin hair and can be colored to a #613/Russian Blonde  (Lasts between 2-2.5 years)

 

Why are the Cambodian hair products delivery times longer than other products?

 

We currently have shipping services that cannot accommodate express shipping.
